With things changing every day with regards to coronavirus, what are we doing here at Arrow Mill to protect ourselves, our customers and visitors during this COVID-19 outbreak? Well, we are checking and following the latest advice as it is published, so that we can best serve our customers whilst continuing to keep everybody safe.
We are reminding all of our visitors to only enter our site if absolutely necessary and to stay away if they are displaying any of the symptoms of the virus, if they have come into contact with someone who has been confirmed to have it, or if they have recently returned from a country where the risk is particularly high.
Once on site, we are doing all we can to limit the areas where people can congregate, so that we can help people to practice social distancing. We have removed some tables from all communal areas, including the kitchen and breakout areas, so that even if more than one person is using these areas at once, they are able to keep at least 2 metres apart. We are also encouraging people not to share the lift, and obviously we have increased our cleaning regime and made sure there is plenty of soap and cleaning supplies in all areas.
As you will no doubt have heard, as from the beginning of March the next phase of easing the lockdown restrictions will come into force; as a result, not only do we expect Arrow Mill to get busier again as more people return to work, but we ourselves will also then be in a position to be able to ease our own staffing issues and therefore extend our operationg hours again.
We would like to thank all of our customers for their patience during this unprecedented time; we can't wait to welcome more of you back again on a more regular basis, whether that be into your serviced office, self storage or warehouse area. We would remind you all that social distancing and other measures will still apply whilst in Arrow Mill, but if we are all careful and follow the guidelines, then we can work together to keep everyone safe.
If you are needing to visit Arrow Mill, we would ask you to please help us and everybody else to stay safe by adhering to the official advice . Should you need to speak to us but you are unable to come in person then you can email us at info@simplestorage.co (and we are just .co!) or telephone 01706 716000.
Many thanks to all of our customers for their support.
