Today is obviously a very poignant day as we approach the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, and here at Arrow Mill we will be marking Armistice Day as staff and customers alike observe the two minutes’ silence in honour of those who have given their lives for our country in all conflicts.
We know millions of people across the country will be joining us in remembering our fallen soldiers.
“They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.”
